No Show and Cancellation Charge Policy :
A reservation with and issued confirmation code number will be considered as a No Show once the guest does not show up until midnight of arrival date will apply a one night non refundable deposit. Also a cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date will apply a one night non refundable deposit.

Check-in and Check out Time: Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs. Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs.

Child Policy :
The children from age of 1 to 3years sharing room with parent will be complimentary, also a baby cot is available upon request. Therefore, the children from age of 4 to 12 years sharing room with parents with extra bed set up will be charge at 1,750 net and without extra bed set up will be charge only 245++ for breakfast.

Compulsory Gala Dinner : All in-house guests are compulsory to join Festival Gala Dinner which are not included beverages. Please find below the additional charges per person.
